ROB SHAPIRO

Rob has been involved in residential real estate and construction since 1986. He started out in the business buying and renovating rental property as well as rehabbing and selling properties. Rob previously worked for Stanley Martin Homes, Classic Community Corporation and Beazer Homes. Rob is a licensed builder as well as a real estate agent with Goshen Valley Realty. Rob earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from American University, Cum Laude, and his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester.

RYAN SHAPIRO

Ryan began his career with Pulte Homes as a on-site construction manager. He then went on to work for the on-your-lot division of Caruso Homes before joining Goshen Valley Homes in 2022. He also holds an MHIC license. He earned his Bachelors degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
